We had a tenant that need additional lighting for a space they took over. John arrive on time and explained the to the tenant what kind of lighting should be used moving forward and why instead of using the same as existing. He was efficient with installing the new recommended 8 fixtures of Lithonia Lighting 4 ft. 50-Watt White Integrated LED Strip Lights in the new space. The tenants were very pleased to come back to their additional space, they said "it looked like a brand new space." The tenants have requested he come back and change the preexisting fixtures to the new LED's installed.

Needed to get power run from breaker box in garage, up through attic, out the soffit and down the side of the house in order to run irrigation since previous owners removed the power. John came out and was able to fit into very tight quarters in my attic. John was very informative and knowledgeable and did great work. We had a generator interlock installed on our main circuit panel (for a portable generator), which included the power inlet box install. The house also had 10 dimmers installed. John was exceptional to work with and quite responsive. He was the most polite and respectful electrician I’ve ever encountered. His prices were competitive and he was able to get the parts and complete the work faster than I could have hoped. We intend to use him again for some other electrical work in the house. We would highly highly recommend!
